Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Anywhere in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
We strive to process all orders within 5-7 business days with the exception of any of our custom orders which should take no longer than four weeks to be completed unless stated otherwise.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to your email once the order has been fulfilled on our end. You should receive an email with the code no more than five business days from when you placed order.
Returns
How do I return an item?
1. **Contact Support**:
Please contact customer support through email or a contact form to initiate the return process. Within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. **Provide Return Details**: After contacting support, you will need to provide their order number and reason for return.
4. **Return Item**: The Customer ships the item, ensuring that it is in its original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for their own shipping label.
5. **Refund Process**: Once we have received the item and confirm it’s in good condition, we will process a refund, typically within 3-5 business days.
How long does it take to process my return?
We will respond within 24-48 hours and begin the return process; you will receive a refund to your order once we have received the returned package in good condition within three days of receiving the package on our end.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Please contact support and we can help you in exchanging of your items. This does not include personalized products. We will respond within 24-48 hours of receiving your request.

Is Faith and Flourish Co. able to donate products for auctions or giveaway's for my event?
We are happy to consider a donation for your event! While this is not a guarantee, please email us at faithndflourishco@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your Organization's name
- The event/donation information (including the date you would need the donation by)
- Copy of your 501 c3 form
If you have an event within Michigan and are interested in having a Faith and Flourish Co. pop-up at your event, please reach out to us with the details of the event.
Does Faith and Flourish Co have a storefront?
While a storefront is most certainty the vision, Sabreena the owner of Faith and Flourish co. manages this business out of her home while homeschooling her three children and recognizes that there is a season for all things and her top priority is her family and the education of her littles. She currently has a heart for Pop-up events and markets within Michigan. You can follow along her vendor event journey on Instagram @faithandflourishco .
