**Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours unless otherwise stated. Custom and hand-painted items may require additional time to complete due to the nature of the work. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific processing times. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
**Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options:
- **Standard Shipping**: 5-10 business days
- **Expedited Shipping**: 2-5 business days
- **International Shipping**: 7-21 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are based on the carrier’s estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or unforeseen shipping carrier delays.
**Order Tracking**
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment using the link provided in the email or by visiting the shipping carrier's website.
**International Shipping**

**Lost or Delayed Shipments**

If your order is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide a resolution such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
**Shipping Address Accuracy**
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Faith & Flourish Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you realize you've made an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at faithandfllourishco.sabreena@gmail.com to update the shipping address.
**Damaged or Missing Items**
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the damaged product(s), and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
