Refund Policy
**Returns**
Due to the custom nature of our hand-painted Bibles and journals, all sales are final. We take great pride in the care and attention we put into each product, and as a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges for custom orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement item or offer a refund.
To report a damaged or defective product, email us at faithandflourishco.sabreena@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item in question.
**Non-Returnable Items**
- Custom and personalized items
- Digital downloads (such as Bible study guides)
- Gift cards
**Refunds**
If your refund request is approved due to product damage or defect, we will notify you once we've inspected your return and processed the refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
